Distancing advice at the lakeside: the length of a sunbed

A new beer inspired by the coward/liars Johnson and Cummings

First pub visit in months. Track and trace form given out!

I was sent this ‘us and them’ joke. Can’t work out if I’m Us or Them to be honest! Not a bad ‘walk into a bar’ joke, though.

Testing tent number 1 for anyone with covid-19 symptoms (in Sweden)

What we have seen

A corporate defense attorney takes on an environmental lawsuit against a chemical company that exposes a lengthy history of pollution.  A nonfiction drama about corporate greed/arrogance, liability, corruption and widespread exposure to a deadly pollutant.

What we are reading

A nonfiction book about the so-called ‘Spanish Flue’ – it infected 1 in 3 people on earth and killed between 2.5-5 per cent of the global population. In every continent apart from Europe more died of flu than the first world war.
