Adam Curtis’s new documentary series is an epic tapestry of often-overlooked 20th-century stories. Tales of black power movements, the Cultural Revolution, conspiracy theories behavioural economics and German militant revolutionaries are woven together over incredible archive footage, a typically idiosyncratic soundtrack and wild assertions on the state of power and control today.
Alternative parody of the Adam Curtis documentary style.

Lolita Podcast: Jamie Loftus provides a feminist and cultural analysis of Lolita. Who is Lolita? The Nabokov literary classic has sparked infinite discussion in the 65 years since its release, but the cultural memory the book has left behind lives more in romance and fashion aesthetics than a cautionary tale about a deceptive predator and his young prey.
